Ebay

Thanks, Dr. Jo, for your advice on those two Spanish books I ordered through Ebay that never showed up. I left negative feedback. Is there anything else I can do?

Go into the dispute console, I believe it is on the left after you sign in. There should be a place to report unshipped items. If you paid through paypal, it may also be protected. I've never asked them for a refund, but I believe that's what the "protection policy" is, I'd have to check again.
