Yet Another Development Indicator
Turned a corner in downtown Saigon last night and came upon a Rolex dealer. Went inside and asked the clerk about it, she said it opened just a month ago and is the first in the country. The chronometers were marked about 30% higher than HK, the Rolex price leader in Asia.
