Beware Ebay

I ordered an antique book from Ebay and only the shipping envelope showed up. The seller swore up and down he sent the book, but it sure wasn't in the envelope. Any suggestions on what I should do?

You can enter a dispute with him. I did that once. There are links to doing this on ebay. What kind of feedback did you leave?
Also, I think there is protection if you pay with Paypal.
