Back in Saigon
I tried to post a message yesterday but perhaps I was still too jet-lagged to get it right.
A plug for Eva Air, expanding on my December 22 post: we traveled to/from the States in their economy deluxe class--for only $200 beyond normal economy rates you get a very cushy seat with almost as much leg room as business class. Flight attendants are nice and food is plentiful.
Thirty-six hours door-to-door from my mom's house in Marlboro to our apartment in District 1.
Kids got over the jet lag immediately, with the five-year old tormenting us with her chirpiness.
